Résidence Les Pins

After taking over management of the 56-unit independent residence for seniors, the town's CCAS purchased the complex and launched a major works program in 2022 integrating the dimensions of inclusive housing (residential pathways), the fight against global warming (energy savings of over 60%) and accessibility meeting current standards.

The project is part of the Pont de l'Arche approach to ageing well, and more specifically to staying at home for as long as possible.

On completion, the residence will comprise 58 homes, including 4 for adults with autistic disabilities.
